Gov. Sisolak Signs Bills to Expand Patient Protections in Nevada [VIDEO]
“Gov. Sisolak signed two bills that will strengthen access to affordable health care for Nevadans.”
He also signed a pair of health bills aimed at protecting Nevada patients. The first AB 170 says patients will not be denied healthcare based on a preexisting condition regardless of what happens at the federal level. The second AB 469, which ends surprise billing when patients with insurance are billed unexpectedly for out-of-care networks.
